All services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about specific results or timeframes, though we strive for excellence in all deliveries.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance using Moroccan Dirhams (DH) or other accepted payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless we are unable to deliver the service as described, in which case you may be eligible for a refund or redelivery.
5. Service Delivery
We strive to begin processing orders within minutes and complete them as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary by service type and order size. While we aim for fast delivery, we do not guarantee specific timeframes. Delays may occur due to platform changes or technical issues.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if we cannot deliver your order as described. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of order placement. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for completed orders or if you violated our terms. 7. Service Quality
We provide high-quality services using real accounts when possible. However, we cannot control platform algorithms or policies. Some drop in engagement is normal over time. We offer refill guarantees on select services - check individual service descriptions for details.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for illegal activities, to violate platform terms of service, to harass others, or to promote harmful content. You may not resell our services without authorization. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
9. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your account details are correct when placing orders. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information. You must not share your account credentials with others. You agree to use our services ethically and responsibly.
